Tennis Courses

2025 Winter Session (January 5th - February 28th)

This winter I will be offering junior courses earlier in the day due to early sunsets and colder weather. Clinics will still be outside, if weather is too cold we will cancel and reschedule adult classes and junior classes we will take inside the BA gym to do conditioning and skill building drills. I will also offer strength and agility workouts for junior players who are looking to improve their athleticism. I believe winter is the best time to work on this since many players are competing less. The majority of juniors I coach can improve their tennis game through off court conditioning even faster than by tennis practices so I highly recommend signing up for these! We will focus mostly on speed, agility and bodily control so players can do multiple days back to back without risk of injury.

Registration

Registration is set for 1-2 day per week for 8 weeks, but I encourage players that really want to improve to do 2 days per week. I have built in 1 free session for each class to accommodate for schedules. There will be no sessions from January 30th to February 5th.
