Tennis Courses
2025 Spring Session (March 16th - May 25th)
This Spring I will be offering junior courses beginning at 5pm. Clinics will still be outside, in the event of rain we will cancel and reschedule adult classes. Junior classes we will take inside the BA gym to do conditioning and skill building drills. I will also offer separate strength and agility workouts for junior players who are looking to improve their athleticism. The majority of juniors I coach can improve their tennis game through off court conditioning even faster than by tennis practices so I highly recommend signing up for these! We will focus mostly on speed, agility and bodily control so players can do multiple days back to back without risk of injury. I have also developed an off court conditioning program for players that is available in the workouts page!
Registration
Registration for spring is set for 1-2 days per week for 10-11 weeks, but I encourage players that really want to improve to do at least 2 days per week. I have built in 1-2 free sessions for each class to accommodate for schedules. There will be no sessions on April 4th, 20th and May 2nd due to BA HS matches and Easter break.
