Strength and Agility Workouts
The majority of players I coach need to increase their focus on building their athleticism with off court training. Tennis players need to be exceptionally fast, yet also strong, balanced and flexible. Strength and agility workouts will aim to create well rounded athletes with an emphasis on increasing players overall speed and agility. These workouts are located in the Brentwood Academy Gym.
